本文参考近年90篇文献,对粉尘在肺组织内引起的生化和细胞反应及其后果进行了较全面的综述。讨论的主题之一是如何区分肺纤维形成和纤维化。尘粒引起肺纤维化反应可分三个阶段:(1)肺泡表面的初期反应。包括肺泡上皮(Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型细胞)、肺游离细胞群、肺表面活化剂及肺表面蛋白的改变,这种反应有助于防止肺纤维形成;(2)肺间质细胞对尘粒的反应。如果肺泡表面的早期防御反应失败,肺间质的成纤维细胞在纤维形成中起着重要的作用;(3)由纤维形成演变为肺纤维化。本文提出粉尘引起肺纤维化学说的中心问题,是某些粉尘可直接掺入肺间质,在肺组织的细胞外
In this paper, 90 papers in recent years, the dust caused in the lung tissue biochemical and cellular responses and the consequences of a more comprehensive review. One of the topics discussed is how to distinguish between pulmonary fibrosis and fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis caused by pulmonary fibrosis can be divided into three stages: (1) the initial reaction of alveolar surface. Including alveolar epithelium (type I and type II cells), free lung cell population, pulmonary surfactant and lung surface protein changes, this response helps prevent lung fibrosis; (2) pulmonary interstitial cells of dust particles reaction. Pulmonary interstitial fibroblasts play an important role in fibrogenesis if early defensive responses on the surface of the alveoli fail; and (3) the progression from fibrogenesis to pulmonary fibrosis.
