为保证大吉山钨矿二期开拓工程顺利进行,一条高121.8米的先行井必须尽快地完成,并要求井筒偏斜不得超过±0.15米。根据过去本矿天井的掘进情况来看,此项工程具有较大的难度,为此组织了QC攻关。经方案比较后,决定采用爬罐法掘进该天井。文章中分析了影响天井掘进强度、高度和精度的各种因素,根据诊断的结果,制定出对策办法,解决了施工中所存在的问题,取得了明显的经济和社会效益。
In order to ensure the smooth development of the second phase of the Dajishan Tungsten Project, an advanced well of 121.8 meters in height must be completed as soon as possible and the wellbore deflection should not exceed ± 0.15 meters. According to the tunneling of the past mine situation, the project has greater difficulty, thus organizing a QC research. After comparing the program, decided to use the climbing pot method to tunnel the patio. In this paper, various factors that affect the strength, height and accuracy of the tunneling are analyzed. According to the results of the diagnosis, measures are taken to solve the problems existing in the construction and obvious economic and social benefits are obtained.
