某年4月份,我局中马村矿井下2123盘区,一台40KW水泵的QC83—225操作开关着火,将开关外壳烧穿,芯子严重烧毁,并烧着进出线电缆,引起木棚着火,造成一起严重井下电气着火事故。 一、事故情况 供电系统如图1。该系统服务于整个2123盘区三层工作面;作业时间较长。当司泵工起动40KW水泵时,发现没电,电工到车头房变电所查看,发现此系统的低压总开关DW—80—350没有跳闸,但供180KVA变压器的PB_2—6高压防爆开关跳闸。未查清跳闸原因,就再次送电,送电后高爆开关没有跳闸,但变压器声音异常,过几分钟后拉掉高爆开关。当180KVA变压器二次送电时,2131盘区40KW水泵的QC83—225操作开关往外喷火,烧着电缆木棚,直至救护队下井扑灭。
