目的探讨儿童血清中晚期糖基化终末产物水平与轮状病毒肠炎肠黏膜损伤严重程度相关性。方法选取因腹泻在我院住院的患儿72例,其中其中RV-Ag阳性者40例作为轮状病毒感染组,RV-Ag阴性者32例作为非轮状病毒感染组,身体健康的幼儿40例作为对照组,观察三组患者血清中内毒素、二胺氧化酶及AGEs水平变化及轮状病毒感染患儿血清DAO水平与AGEs水平的相关性。结果①三组患者血清ETX、DAO及AGEs水平对比;两组血清中ETX、DAO及AGEs水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);轮状病毒感染组血清中ETX、DAO及AGEs水平明显高于非轮状病毒感染组(P<0.05)。②轮状病毒感染患儿血清DAO水平与AGEs水平相关性:患儿血清DAO水平与AGEs水平成正相关(r=0.67,P<0.05);血清ETX水平与AGEs水平成正相关(r=0.55,P<0.05)。结论血清ETX及DAO水平可作为轮状病毒感染肠黏膜损伤检测指标。AGEs参与了轮状病毒肠炎的发生与发展,其在轮状病毒肠炎发病过程中发挥了一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum advanced glycation end products and the severity of intestinal mucosal injury in rotavirus enteritis. Methods 72 cases of children hospitalized with diarrhea were selected. Among them, 40 cases were positive for RV-Ag as rotavirus infection group and 32 cases were negative for RV-Ag as non-rotavirus infection group. The healthy children 40 Cases as a control group to observe the three groups of patients with serum endotoxin, diamine oxidase and AGEs level changes and rotavirus infection in children with serum DAO levels and AGEs levels. Results ① The levels of serum ETX, DAO and AGEs in the three groups were compared. The serum levels of ETX, DAO and AGEs in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of ETX, DAO and AGEs in the rotavirus group were significantly higher In non-rotavirus infection group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum DAO level and AGEs level in children with rotavirus infection (r = 0.67, P <0.05), serum ETX level was positively correlated with AGEs level (r = 0.55 , P <0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of ETX and DAO can be used as indicators of rotavirus infection of intestinal mucosa injury. AGEs are involved in the occurrence and development of rotavirus enteritis and play a role in the pathogenesis of rotavirus enteritis.
