随着医疗市场竞争的日益加大,医院面临着文化、人才、服务、质量等的竞争。医院建立和谐优秀的文化,有利于将院内各种力量凝聚起来,便于构建和谐医院,从而提高医务人员服务理念及医疗服务质量。本文首先分析了医院文化建设在构建和谐医院中的作用,其次,就医院文化建设与和谐医院的发展进行了较为深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
With the increasing competition in the medical market, the hospital faces competition from culture, talent, service and quality. The establishment of a harmonious and excellent culture in hospitals helps to unite various forces within the hospital and facilitate the construction of a harmonious hospital so as to enhance the service concept of medical personnel and the quality of medical services. This paper first analyzes the role of hospital culture in building a harmonious hospital, and secondly, it discusses the relationship between the hospital culture construction and the development of a harmonious hospital, and has certain reference value.
