病例报告例1 张某,男,70岁。因结石性胆囊炎急性发作入院手术。既往有高血压病史,无青光眼及家族史。入手术室测血压18.6/9.3kPa(140/70mmHg),脉搏88次/分钟。采取连续硬膜外麻醉。术中两次血压下降,均系探查胆囊及胆总管所致。分别用麻黄碱15mg纠正。术中出现右眼痛,并逐渐加剧。
Case report 1 Zhang, male, 70 years old. Acute episodes of stone cholecystitis admitted to hospital. Previous history of hypertension, no glaucoma and family history. Into the operating room measured blood pressure 18.6 / 9.3kPa (140 / 70mmHg), pulse 88 beats / min. Take continuous epidural anesthesia. Intraoperative blood pressure decreased twice, all due to exploration of the gallbladder and common bile duct. Respectively with ephedrine 15mg corrected. Right eye pain during surgery, and gradually increased.
