[目的]了解潍坊市儿童预防接种证查验和计划免疫工作现状。[方法]按照统一方案对潍坊市2008年入托入学儿童预防接种证进行查验。[结果]全市托幼机构、学校预防接种证查验率、登记率均达100.00%,入托入学儿童预防接种证持证率为89.95%。疫苗漏缺种率从高到低依次为白破疫苗、流脑疫苗、麻疹疫苗、乙脑疫苗、脊灰疫苗、甲肝疫苗、乙肝疫苗、百白破疫苗、卡介苗。且各县市区的预防接种持证率和补种率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]建议采取多种措施,促进入托入学接种证查验和计划免疫工作。
[Objective] To understand the situation of Weifang Children’s Immunization Test and planned immunization. [Method] According to the unified plan, Weifang 2008 enrollment admission children vaccination certificate to check. [Results] The examination rate and enrollment rate of kindergarten institutions and school vaccination certificates in the city reached 100.00%, and the rate of certificate of vaccination certificate for admission nursery children was 89.95%. Vaccine leakage rate descending order followed by white broken vaccine, meningitis vaccine, measles vaccine, Japanese encephalitis vaccine, polio vaccine, hepatitis A vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, diphtheriae vaccine, BCG. There was also a statistically significant difference between vaccination and vaccination rates in all counties (P <0.01). [Conclusion] It is recommended to take various measures to promote the entry vaccination certificate examination and planned immunization work.
