2003年全国编辑学理论研讨会于4月15日—18日在天津举行。研讨会的中心议题是:结合新形势下编辑出版工作的发展,探讨以编辑活动基本规律为中心的重大理论问题。中国编辑学会会长刘果在开幕词中指出,对编辑学研究,一要坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,为全面建设小康社会服务;二要坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的思想路线,大力推进理论创新。与会者就编辑活动的基本规律问题各抒己见,展开热烈讨论。
The 2003 National Editorial Theory Seminar was held in Tianjin from April 15 to April 18. The central topic of the seminar is: In light of the development of editorial and publishing work in the new situation, discuss major theoretical issues with the basic laws of editorial activities as the center. Liu Guo, president of China Society for Editing, pointed out in his opening remarks that one must adhere to the guideline of “Three Represents” and serve for building an overall well-to-do society under the guidance of the important thought of “three represents,” and second, we must persist in emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and Keep pace with the times, and vigorously promote theoretical innovation. Participants expressed their opinions on the basic rules of editing activities and started a lively discussion.
