水法颁布后,山东省各级水利部门为了认真贯彻执行水法,用了三年时间,建立起一支水利执法队伍。目前,全省各级水利部门分别成立了水政处、科、股,配备专职水政干部近600人;各级水政监察人员达6000多人,村级水管员8万多人,水利公安保卫机构143个,水利公安保卫人员800多人。几年来,全省水政监察与水利公安联合办案,在法院等部门支持下,共查处各类水事违法案件6340起,挽回经济损失2000
After the promulgation of the Water Law, the water conservancy departments at all levels in Shandong Province spent three years building a water law enforcement team in order to conscientiously implement the water law.
