随着工农业的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,工业废水与生活污水的排放量不断增加,再加上农田大量使用化肥、农药,使水源污染日趋严重。在当前,治理和控制污染源还受到经济、技术等条件限制的情况下,如何充分利用现有水利工程,引清排污,强化水的自净能力,已经引起各级政府和职能部门的重视。本文叙述利用涵闸工程的科学调度运用,改善南桥地区河道水质的具体方案。
