北京建工集团有限赍任公司工会现有37个基层委员会,259个基层分会,1214个工会小组,18700余名会员。2002年,集团工会召开第一次代表大会,提出了“把集团各级工会组织建设成为名副其实的职工之家”的总体工作目标,并明确了建家的基本思路。2003年,又进一步提出了分级建家和在2008年中国工会十五大召开前,把集团工会建成全国模范职工之家的具体目标和时间表。几年来,集团工会从建家是一项系统工程的基本认识出发,自觉以理论创新推动工作创新,初步形成了自身工作的理论框架,各方面的工作思路逐步清晰,机制逐步建立。
Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has a limited labor union 37 grassroots committees, 259 grassroots branch, 1214 trade unions, more than 18,700 members. In 2002, the group unions held the first congress and put forward the overall goal of “building a union organization at all levels into a real worker's home” and clearly defined the basic idea of building a home. In 2003, we further put forward the specific goals and timetable for building a family trade union and establishing a family union of model workers nationwide before the 15th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Unions in 2008. Over the past few years, the group trade unions have started from building a basic understanding of systematic engineering. They conscientiously promote innovation through theoretical innovation, initially forming the theoretical framework for their own work. Work plans for all aspects have been gradually clarified and the mechanism has been gradually established.
