盛晶晶,特级教师,中国教育学会小学自然教学专业委员会理事。她曾获全国青少年科技活动积极分子、全国中小学实验室工作先进工作者、全国环境教育先进个人、全国师德先进个人、全国环保妇女百佳等光荣称号。在贵阳市实验小学工作至今已39年。任自然课教学以来,积极探索科学教育的理论与实践。辅导学生开展科技小发明等科学实践活动,获奖100多次。在省内外的报刊上发表文章50多篇;曾参与《小学自然教材教法》、贵州省《小学自然教师继续培训教材》、教育科学出版社《科学》教材的编写。
