最近读了黄锦奎先生所著的《现代点石成金术——价值转化工程》一书,其启发所致,使我在理论上对企业文化建设又有了新的认识,即“企业文化建设是一项价值转化工程”。以人为核心,以强调人的主观能动作用为基点而阐述价值转化理论,是我认为黄锦奎先生这本著作的一个显著特点。他活化了以传统的辩证思维模式所揭示的一般的价值运动规律,走出了价值学说的哲学空间;他以一种全科学方法把价值转化从抽象的理论范畴导入了人类社会生活的实践之中。著名学者于光远先生在评价黄锦奎的《价值转化工程》时说过,价值转化
