今年4月,我州首批8户国有工商企业已开始步入现代企业制度的改革试点。这标志着红河州的国有大中型企业改革已经从放权让利的政策调整。转向了企业制度的创新,重塑市场经济的微观基础。建立现代企业制度,是一项要求高、难度大的系统工程,必须通过试点,积累经验,创造条件,逐步推进。怎样搞好试点,笔者认为,应明确试点的目的、原则、内容和方法,结合试点企业
In April this year, the first batch of 8 state-owned industrial and commercial enterprises in our state have begun to enter the pilot reform of the modern enterprise system. This indicates that the reform of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in Honghe Prefecture has been adjusted from the policy of decentralization and profit sharing. It turned to the innovation of the corporate system and reshaped the microeconomic foundation of the market economy. The establishment of a modern enterprise system is a highly demanding and difficult system project. It must pass trials, accumulate experience, create conditions, and gradually advance. How to do a good job in piloting, the author believes that the purpose, principles, content and methods of the pilot should be clarified, combined with pilot companies
