随着医学科学的发展 ,放射诊断的新设备、新技术不断出现 ,使临床诊断及治疗水平不断提高 ,但同时也增加了患者受电离辐射的剂量负担 ,Ｘ射线检查的数量超过实际医学诊断目的的需要已被射国内外学者所公认。在美国约有 10 %～ 3 0 %的Ｘ射线检查是不必要的[1] ,在我国过度使用
With the development of medical science, new equipment and techniques for radiation diagnosis continue to emerge, and the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment continues to increase. However, at the same time, the dose burden of ionizing radiation is also increased. The number of X-ray examinations exceeds the actual medical diagnostic purpose. The needs have been recognized by domestic and foreign scholars. About 10% to 30% of X-ray examination in the United States is not necessary [1] and it is overused in our country.
