用没有干涉调制的可逆计数干涉带的方法测量长度已是重要而不可缺少的了。而单色光源的光通量的不稳定性和光电仪器的漂移影响测量精度,也同样地降低对于光通量的灵敏度。全苏计量科学研究院提出和研究了带干涉调制的可逆计数方法。
It is important and indispensable to measure the length with the method of reversible counting interferometry without interference modulation. However, the instability of the luminous flux of the monochromatic light source and the drift of the optoelectronic instrument affect the measurement accuracy, and the sensitivity to the luminous flux is similarly reduced. All Su Institute of Metrology proposed and studied reversible counting method with interference modulation.
