本文根据制订《混凝土膨胀剂》国家标准的要求,对国内一些膨胀剂品种的化学成分、物理力学性能及其试验方法进行了系统的试验研究;分专题研究了膨胀剂细度、快速检验方法和限制状态下的抗压强度等内容,在此基础上提出标准的试验方法和技术指标,并选择4个生产企业进行试验验证,本文的研究结果是制订新国家标准的技术基础。
In this paper, according to the requirements of the national standard for the development of “concrete expanders”, the chemical composition, physical and mechanical properties and test methods of some expansive agents in China were systematically studied. The sub-topics were studied on the fineness of expanders, the rapid test method and Limit the state of compressive strength and so on. Based on this, put forward the standard test methods and technical indicators, and select four manufacturing enterprises to test and verify. The research results of this paper are the technical basis for formulating new national standards.
