随着电子商务和“互联网+”的快速发展,物流教育尤其是实训教学的滞后使专科院校无法满足企业对物流人才的庞大需求,毕业生职业能力不符合企业的要求,进而导致就业状况不容乐观。本文通过比较国内外物流专业人才培养的差距、国内专科物流和本科物流人才培养目标的不同,试图找出我国专科院校物流人才培养面临的具体问题,进而就实训教学给出几点建议。
With the rapid development of e-commerce and “Internet + ”, the lag of logistics education, especially practical training, make colleges and universities unable to meet the huge demand of logistics talents for graduates, and their professional abilities do not meet the requirements of enterprises, Employment is not optimistic. This article attempts to find out the specific problems faced by logistics talents training in colleges and universities in our country by comparing the difference of logistics professionals at home and abroad, the domestic logistics training and undergraduate logistics personnel training objectives, and then give some suggestions on practical teaching.
