葛洲坝工程规模巨大,主要建筑物结构复杂,地质上也存在一些缺陷。施工和运行过程中,在坝基缺陷处理、减压排水孔的反滤、混凝土浇筑、坝体混凝土裂缝处理、接缝止水、高流速区混凝土的修补、金属表面保护等方面都使用了化学材料品种多达60多种,总用量4 800多t,不仅解决了工程建设和运行中的问题,还节约了投资,也为其他工程积累了经验。本文对葛洲坝工程应用化学材料作了全面介绍。随着科学技术的进步,化学工业的发展,化学材料在水电工程中的应用必将日益增多。
