运用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,从小康社会与休闲体育的内涵认识入手,通过小康社会进程中休闲体育发展背景的分析,阐述了休闲体育兴起的价值,并从加强休闲体育理论研究、强化休闲体育的意识观念、加大休闲体育基础设施与政策法规建设、培养休闲体育指导与管理人才、注重休闲体育产业的发展等方面提出休闲体育兴起的路径,旨在为小康社会进程中休闲体育的发展提供参考依据。
