目的观察应用3%过氧化氢配合负压封闭引流在急性四肢外伤性皮肤软组织缺损创面治疗中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月至3月收治的80例急性外伤性皮肤软组织缺损创面并行VSD负压封闭引流治疗的患者分为2组,对照组40例,采用生理盐水冲洗引流管;观察组40例,应用3%的过氧化氢和生理盐水冲洗引流管。比较2组患者的感染发生率、堵管率以及管道清洁时间、创面愈合时间。结果观察组管道清洁时间和创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.001),对照组患者的感染发生率、堵管率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用3%的过氧化氢配合负压封闭引流技术能降低感染率、堵管率,同时缩短管道清洁时间和伤口愈合时间,节省了护士工作时间,促进了患者创面愈合,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the application effect of 3% hydrogen peroxide combined with negative pressure closed drainage in the treatment of acute limb trauma skin and soft tissue defect wound. Methods 80 cases of acute traumatic skin and soft tissue defect wound treated with VSD undergone vacuum drainage from January 2017 to March 2017 were divided into two groups, the control group of 40 cases, the saline drainage tube; the observation group of 40 cases , Use 3% hydrogen peroxide and saline flush drainage tube. The incidence of infection, occlusion rate, pipeline cleaning time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The duct cleaning time and wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.001). The incidence of infection and the rate of occlusion in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P <0.01). Conclusion The application of 3% hydrogen peroxide combined with negative pressure closed drainage can reduce the infection rate and plugging rate, shorten the cleaning time and wound healing time, save the working time of nurses and promote the wound healing of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
