2011年全国住房用地计划供应量为21.8万公顷,其中保障性安居工程用地和中小套型商品房用地计划占78.6%5月12日,国土资源部召开新闻发布会,公布了2011年全国住房用地供应计划。此外,新闻发布会还通报了《关于坚持和完善土地招标拍卖挂牌出让制度的意见》的有关情况,以及加强保障性住房用地管理的政策措施和相关要求。
2011 national housing land supply plans for 218000 hectares, including affordable housing projects and small and medium-sized apartment land plans 78.6% on May 12, the Ministry of Land Resources held a press conference, announced the 2011 national housing supply plan.
