扩内需、保增长、促发展,是当前北京市经济工作的首要任务。为更好地服务首都经济平稳较快发展和社会稳定大局,北京市检察机关把“保增长、保民生、保稳定”作为学习实践科学发展观活动的最大实践,切实增强围绕中心、服务大局的意识,把应对金融危机、促进经济发展、维护社会稳定作为压倒一切的中心任务和头等大事来抓,保持对宏观经济形势变化在司法领域引发的各种新情况和新问题的敏感性。
