[目的]为加强市场管理,提高产品卫生质量,保障使用人群的身体健康,对天津市保健用品微生物污染状况进行分析。[方法]按经质量技术监督部门备案有效的产品质量标准进行全项检验,其中1项不合格即判为不合格。[结果]5年共检测天津市保健用品生产企业生产的各种保健用品449份,合格431份,总合格率为96%;按类别分,合格率由大到小顺序排列,依次为液体类、颗粒剂类、其他类、贴剂类、膏剂类、粉剂类,其微生物污染合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=66.937,P﹤0.01)。[结论]卫生行政部门要加强监管,卫生技术部门应加强监测,企业应加强自身管理,严防微生物污染,保护消费者身体健康。
[Objective] In order to strengthen the market management, improve the hygiene quality of the products and ensure the health of the crowd, the status of microbial contamination of health supplies in Tianjin was analyzed. [Method] According to the quality and technical supervision departments for the record of effective product quality standards for the whole test, of which one failed to sentenced to be unqualified. [Results] A total of 449 health products were obtained from Tianjin health products manufacturing enterprises in 5 years, 431 were qualified, with a total pass rate of 96%. According to the categories, the passing rates were in descending order of liquidity , Granules, other types, patches, ointments, powders, the passing rate of microbial contamination was significantly different (χ2 = 66.937, P <0.01). [Conclusion] The health administrative departments should strengthen the supervision, the health technology departments should strengthen the monitoring, the enterprises should strengthen their own management, prevent microbial contamination and protect the health of consumers.
