十三届八中全会作出了《中共中央关于进一步加强农业和农村工作的决定》(以下简称《决定》),表明了中央对农业这个国民经济基础的高度重视,它是我国新时期农业和农村工作的纲领性文件。《决定》提出的农业和农村工作的一整套方针、政策和目标、任务,对农机工业有着深远的指导意义。为此,本刊记者就农机工业如何贯彻十三届八中全会决定,专访了机电部工程农机司司长鹿中民。
