用火箭免疫电泳法测定35例脑血管病病人血清和脑脊液(CSF)中白蛋白(Alb)和IgG指数(IgG-index),寻找CSF中IgG变化规律,探讨其可能的机理。结果:脑血管病组的血清Alb、IgG和CSF中Alb、IgG均显著高于对照组,说明在判断中枢神经系统的体液免疫学中测定IgG鞘内合成率(IgG-SYN)优于IgG-index。
The serum levels of albumin (Alb) and IgG (IgG-index) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 35 patients with cerebrovascular disease were measured by rocket immunoelectrophoresis to find out the regularity of IgG in CSF and to explore its possible mechanism. Results: The levels of Alb, IgG and CSF Alb and IgG were significantly higher in cerebrovascular disease group than in control group, indicating that IgG-SYN was superior to IgG-IgG in judging the humoral immunity of the central nervous system index.
