我院于1979年12月,行改良法包皮环切术815例,取得满意疗效。现报告如下: 手术方法 1.切除包皮后,用0/3丝线结扎出血点,继于阴茎系带处对合内外板缝合1针,其余以等距离缝合共8针。要求缝线距创缘0.5～1mm。 2.两缝线相互交叉2～3转,再分开两线夹凡士林纱条后打结。两根缝线间凡士林纱条应放松。 3.术后第3天始,用1/5000PP水泡洗阴茎,2次/日,每次20分钟,至缝线自行脱落。
Our hospital in December 1979, line modified circumcision 815 cases, and achieved satisfactory results. Are reported as follows: Surgical methods 1. After removal of the foreskin, with 0/3 silk ligation bleeding points, followed by the penile lace at the inner and outer suture stitches 1 stitch, and the rest in a total distance of 8 stitches. Requirements from the wound margin of 0.5 ~ 1mm. 2. The two sutures cross each other 2 ~ 3 turn, and then split the two-line vaseline knot tied knot. Vaseline gauze between two stitches should be relaxed. 3. The first 3 days after surgery, with 1 / 5000PP blisters wash the penis, 2 times / day, every 20 minutes to suture off.
