本文对高空超音速飞机中与增稳舵机交联的纵向机械操纵系统的力反传问题作了理论探讨。该系就是一个包含机械部件、电液伺服元件、机液伺服元件的复杂系统。本文从动态分析着手,考虑了系统中的摩擦、间隙和阻尼等各项影响因素,对该系统作了合理的简化,得到了基本合理的数学模型。数值计算结果与实验结果十分接近。这为超音速飞机操纵系统设计提供了一种理论分析依据。
In this paper, a theoretical discussion is made on the force counter-transmission of the longitudinal mechanical control system of the cross-linked stabilizer with the stabilized steering gear in the high-altitude supersonic aircraft. The Department is a complex system that includes mechanical components, electro-hydraulic servo components, and hydraulic servo components. In this paper, the dynamic analysis is taken into account, and various influencing factors such as friction, clearance and damping in the system are considered, the system is simplified reasonably, and the basic and reasonable mathematical model is obtained. Numerical results and experimental results are very close. This provides a theoretical basis for the design of supersonic aircraft control system.
