A few years ago, people decided that Route 128 - a part of the motorway that surrounds Boston - should also be part of the I-95 system. The only problem that arises is that people who used to live here, including local traffic rapporteurs, still use Route 128 instead of I-95 as a reference name. For those outsiders entering the area, confusion can only be avoided by fully referencing the roadmap of the I-95 system. At present, some EMC standards also face similar name translation. The well-known IEC801-x series of standards are accepting new names, which means we have to get used to these new codes.
