世界上没有哪一个地区像非洲这样被人所忽视和误解!时至今日,提及非洲,许多人仍然习惯于把它与战乱、疾病和荒漠相联系,跟贫穷、愚昧和落后画等号。这块约占全球陆地总面积1／5的大陆,有着400多年的奴隶贸易史、100多年的殖民统治史,经历过前所未有的大劫难,是“人类良心上的一块伤疤”。进入21世纪,非洲大陆迎来了全面和平时期。今天的非洲,已是一片充满生机和希望的热土。非洲经济近几年年均增幅均在5％左右,去年达到了5．5％,是近30年来的最高增幅。近年来,非洲国家以“非洲复兴”为口号和旗帜,在国际舞台上展开了全方位的自主外交活动,向世人展现了非洲在国际舞台上不可低估的重要性。正如一位非洲国家领导人所说,30年后的非洲会像今天的中国一样让世界刮目相看,非洲的发展亦将惠及全球!
