目的了解咸阳市市售食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,为食品风险监测提供理论支持,降低食品安全事故发生几率。方法按照陕西省疾病预防控制中心制定的《2014年陕西省食品微生物及其致病因子监测工作手册》中规定的检测程序和方法进行采样和检测。结果 2014年共采集7类224份样品,检出食源性致病菌12株,总检出率为5.36%。其中金黄色葡萄球菌4株,铜绿假单胞菌4株,蜡样芽胞杆菌3株,单增李斯特菌1株。直饮水、巴氏杀菌乳、外卖配送餐和学生餐等污染较为严重。结论咸阳地区市售食品存在一定的安全隐患。食品监管部门应加强从业人员的监管和卫生宣教,加强监管,改善食品生产、流通等各个环节的卫生,确保食品安全。
Objective To understand the contamination status of food-borne pathogens in the commercially available foods in Xianyang City and to provide theoretical support for food risk monitoring and to reduce the risk of food safety accidents. Methods Sampling and testing were carried out according to the testing procedures and methods stipulated in the “2014 Handbook of Food Microbes and Its Pathogenic Factors in Shaanxi Province” formulated by Shaanxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results A total of 224 samples of 7 types were collected in 2014, and 12 foodborne pathogens were detected with a total detection rate of 5.36%. Including Staphylococcus aureus 4, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 4, Bacillus cereus 3, Listeria monocytogenes 1. Direct drinking water, pasteurized milk, take-away delivery meals and student meals and other more serious pollution. Conclusion There is a potential safety hazard in the commercially available foods in Xianyang. Food regulatory authorities should strengthen the supervision of staff and health education, strengthen supervision, improve food production, circulation and other aspects of health, to ensure food safety.
