目前,液压控制系统的各种阀类及液压站都有供应。但非标活塞式动力油缸还需各工厂根据自己的需要自行设计、制造。制造活塞式动力油缸要有专门的加工机床及专门的技术人员,因而一般工厂是无能为力的,限制了液压技术在一般中小工厂中的推广应用。鉴于这种情况,为解决加工活塞式动力油缸的困难,通过几次试验,制造出了用多只汽缸套对接,外加环氧树脂玻璃钢包绕的活塞式动力油缸。
At present, various valve types and hydraulic stations for hydraulic control systems are available. However, non-standard piston-type power cylinders need to be designed and manufactured by the factories according to their own needs. The manufacture of piston-type power cylinders requires special processing machines and specialized technicians, so the general factory is powerless, limiting the application of hydraulic technology in general small and medium-sized factories. In view of this situation, in order to solve the difficulty of processing piston-type power cylinders, a series of piston-type power cylinders with multiple cylinder liners butt-joined and epoxy-glass reinforced plastics were manufactured through several tests.
