分析知识管理研究的现状,认为知识管理不是一时的潮流,而是已经具备成为一门学科的条件,是一门新兴学科;回顾管理思想演进历程,认为知识管理提出并强调组织的环境适应性,是管理思想的第三次飞跃;结合相关研究预测知识管理的未来,认为客户知识管理综合了知识管理和客户关系管理的精华,将成为知识管理的重要研究内容。最后得出结论:知识管理是一门新兴学科,也是一门有前途的学科,不过其目前仍处于发展完善之中。
Analyzed the status quo of knowledge management research, we think that knowledge management is not the trend of the moment, but already has the condition to become a subject and is a new discipline. Reviewing the evolution of management thinking, knowledge management proposes and emphasizes the environmental adaptability of the organization, Is the third leap of management thinking. Combining relevant research to predict the future of knowledge management, it is believed that customer knowledge management integrates the essence of knowledge management and customer relationship management and will become an important research content of knowledge management. Finally, the conclusion is drawn: Knowledge management is a new subject and a promising subject, but its development is still under development.
