我校生源严重外流,特别是优质生源几乎没有,相反差生一个不少,文化成绩自然全市垫底。很大一部分学生没有明确目标,学习积极性不高,学习有效性差,学习方法不够灵活,更谈不上积极主动积累知识。这对我们的语文教学产生了严重的影响,也给其他学科的学习带来了不利因素。面对薄弱生源的状况我作为语文教研组长,在帮助学生树立学好语文信心的基础上,新生入学的第一节语文课上就着手
