随着国家经济水平的不断提高,高速公路的扩建以及机动车成倍地增多,交通伤已成为危害人类生命健康的重大因素。目前高速公路交通伤位居各种伤亡的第一位[1]。我院近年来收治10人以上大批量交通事故伤若干批次,救治流程为“120”急救中心接警后立即指派最近“120”分站出警,同时通知医院启动批量交通伤员救治应急预案,到达现场立即给予生命支持等紧急救援后向医院转送,并随时与医院保持联系,使医院及时动态掌握信息以
