在学习《档案法》的过程中,我对档案机构问题想谈些看法。我国现行的档案机构主要有这样几种:国家及地方各级档案行政管理部门,各级各类档案馆,机关、团体、企事业单位的档案处、档案科、档案室等。我认为其中档案室的工作影响甚大,可谓是整个档案工作的基础,这一点同行都能理解,所以不用细说。我所关心的是具备什么条件才能建立档案室,档案室又如何成为法定的档案机构中的重要组成部分。
In studying the Archives Law, I would like to make some comments on the archives. There are several main types of archives agencies in our country: the archives offices, archives departments and archives offices of the archives administrative departments at all levels and at all levels, archives offices, organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions at all levels. In my opinion, the work of the archives office has a great impact and can be regarded as the basis for the entire file work. This can be understood by peers, so I will not elaborate. What I care about is what conditions have to be put in place to establish a file room and how the file room becomes an important part of the legal archives.
