目的了解石家庄市城区小学生伤害健康教育干预前后伤害知识知晓情况,评价伤害知识健康教育干预效果。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,随机选择石家庄市15所小学3~6年级全体新入学小学生进行调查,调查结束后对选取小学进行为期1年的伤害知识宣传教育,一年后进行第2次调查。结果石家庄市城区小学生伤害知识主要来源于媒体。2010年调查对象伤害知识知晓率高于2009年。结论健康教育对提高石家庄市城区小学生伤害知识的认知程度有效。
Objective To understand the knowledge of injuries among students in primary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang before and after the intervention of injury health education and to evaluate the effects of health education interventions on injuries and injuries. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to randomly select all the newly-admitted primary schoolchildren from grades 3 to 6 in 15 primary schools in Shijiazhuang City for investigation. At the end of the survey, a one-year injury knowledge education was conducted for selected primary schools and the second survey was conducted one year later. Results Shijiazhuang city primary school students harm knowledge comes mainly from the media. In 2010, the respondents knew more about injury knowledge than 2009. Conclusion Health education is effective in improving the injury knowledge of primary school students in urban area of Shijiazhuang.
