中国共产党自创建军队之日起就始终致力于构建和维护顺畅有效的党军关系,经历了许多重要的发展阶段。本文通过对新中国成立初期是否要实行一长制问题的历史回顾,试图梳理出其在这一历史转折时期构建全国执政条件下以党领军体制的基本脉络。
Since its founding, the Chinese Communist Party has always devoted itself to building and maintaining a smooth and effective relationship between the party and army and has gone through many important stages of development. This article attempts to sort out the basic context of the party’s leading system under the conditions of building a nationwide government in this historical turning point through the historical review of whether or not to introduce a long-term issue in the early days of the founding of New China.
