1998年度华东地区科委主任联席会议于5月6日至7日在福建省厦门市召开。本年度联席会议由福建省科委承办。参加会议的有山东、江苏、安徽、上海、浙江、江西、福建等华东六省一市科委以及厦门市科委、《华东科技》杂志社编辑部的负责同志。国家科技部调研室的同志也应邀与会。 本次会议主题是科技体制改革。会前,各省市科委都做了认真准备,向会议提交了书面材料。会议期间,代表们对研讨问题作了较为深入和全面的分析讨论。国家科技部代表从转变政府职能角度,介绍了目前国家科委机构改革的情况,阐述了推进改革所面临的
In 1998, East China Science and Technology Commission jointly held a meeting on May 6 to 7 in Xiamen, Fujian Province. This year's Joint Meeting is hosted by Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Commission. Participants were Shandong Science and Technology Commission of Shandong Province, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province, Shanghai Municipality, Zhejiang Province, Jiangxi Province and Fujian Province of China, as well as responsible comrades of Xiamen Science and Technology Commission and Editorial Department of East China Science and Technology Magazine. National Science and Technology Department of the comrades also invited to attend. The theme of this conference is the reform of science and technology system. Before the meeting, all provincial and municipal science and technology committees made careful preparations and submitted written materials to the meeting. During the meeting, the delegates made a more in-depth and comprehensive discussion on the issues discussed.
