党的十一届三中全会以来的10年中,我国全民所有制工业企业,不断改革创新,提高经济效益,取得了巨大成效。产出总量指标表明,10年改革,企业经济效益大幅度提高实物产量:1988年比1978年,按国家统计局考核的有可比性的原煤、原油、钢铁、化工原料、建材、机械设备、纺织品等31种产品,分别增长1～3.5倍。在世界各国同类产品的位次上有了很大提高,煤炭、水泥分别由第三位和第四位上升为第一位,棉花、电冰箱等产品都列到首位。
In the 10 years since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, China’s industrial enterprises owned by the whole people have continuously reformed and innovated to improve economic efficiency and achieved great results. The total output indicator shows that in the 10 years of reforms, the economic benefits of enterprises have substantially improved the physical output: In 1988, compared with 1978, according to the National Bureau of Statistics, comparable raw coal, crude oil, steel, chemical raw materials, building materials, machinery and equipment, 31 products such as textiles increased by 1 to 3.5 times. The ranks of similar products in various countries in the world have been greatly improved, with coal and cement rising from the third and fourth places to the first place, and cotton, refrigerators and other products are all ranked first.
