中国航空工业与西方发达国家的差距正在拉大，国际形势正在迫切要求建立强大的中国航空工业，我国的军机工业应当调整思路加强对地攻击力量，我国的民机工业不能再等下去，应当从支线飞机工业中找到突破口，振兴中国航空工业必须要建立新的机制，充分调动设计单位的积极性，提高设计人员的待遇，稳定、吸引和培养人才，为我国航空工业在21世纪再创辉煌打下坚实基础。
