摘自《Steel Times Int.》,1990;14(5):50-52 最近,美国米德兰公司在国际镍公司研究的基础上研究出转底炉直接还原新方法。即将转底炉与电弧炉相结合的转底炉—电弧炉新工艺。在此工艺中,氧化性球团在转底炉中被还原成金属化球,通过衬有耐火衬的运输罐连续加入电弧炉。金属化球在电弧炉中熔化,并按要求冶炼成铁水或粗钢。

Recently, Midland Company of the United States developed a new direct reduction method for rotary hearth furnace based on the study of Nickel International Corporation. Rotary hearth furnace to be combined with electric arc furnace - new technology of electric arc furnace. In this process, the oxidized pellets are reduced to metalized balls in a rotary hearth furnace and continuously fed to the electric arc furnace through a refractory-lined tank. Metallized balls are melted in an electric arc furnace and smelted into hot metal or crude steel as required.
