The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party has designed a grand blueprint for China to comprehensively promote the administration of the country according to law. It will become a landmark event in the history of Chinese legal history and will have landmark significance for the establishment of the rule of law in China. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has been successfully concluded. The plenary session reviewed and passed the CPC Central Committee’s decision on a number of major issues concerning the overall administration of the country according to law. Some of the main thrust of this decision can now be seen in the communique of the plenary. The plenum has put forward the general goal of comprehensively promoting the administration of the country according to law. It is the goal of building a socialist law with Chinese characteristics
