7月13日至14日,新闻出版总署召开2009年全国新闻出版局长座谈会。新闻出版总署署长柳斌杰指出“我们一定要正确分析当前形势,准确把握发展趋势,牢记总要求,增强责任感,切实把推动新闻出版产业又好又快发展作为第一要务,进一步解放思想、转变观念、攻坚克难、真抓实干,一心一意谋发展,全力以赴抓发展,深化改革促发展,优化管理保发展。”可以看出,发展是新闻出版业今年下半年工作的重点和主线。
