新课标的实施推动着课堂教学的改革。中学英语教师在课堂教学中,逐渐更新了教育理念,课堂教学模式上有了很大地改变,但是很多教师感到以学生为中心、伴随多样活动的课并未取得很好的效果,新的教学观念没能有效的转化为课堂教学行为。带着这一思考,结合反思性实践与有效教学的特征,尝试把评课机制带进课堂教学,通过科组各成员之间听课、评课、反思,提出问题讨论、激活教师的注意力,扩展观察的范围,提供相互分享各自观点、领悟教与学规律的机会,改进教学实践,将新的教学观念有效地转化为课堂教学行为,提高教学质量,提升教育品质。
