[目的]了解河南省被监管人员HIV感染状况。[方法]对公安、司法监管场所新入所的被监管人员进行HIV抗体检测和危险行为调查。[结果]2006年全省共检测被监管人员39835名,检出HIV抗体阳性者103名,抗体阳性率是0.26%。驻马店市被监管人员HIV感染率最高,达2.18%。危险行为特征以既往有偿采供血为主,占53.4%。[结论]河南省被监管人员平均HIV感染率较低,但个别市感染率较高,应加强对该类人群的监测、宣传教育与管理。
[Objective] To understand the status of HIV infection among supervisors in Henan Province. [Method] Investigate the HIV antibody and risk behavior of the superintendent in the new place of public security and judicial supervision. [Results] A total of 39835 supervised persons were detected in the province in 2006, and 103 HIV-positive people were detected, the positive rate of the antibody was 0.26%. In Zhumadian, the highest rate of HIV infection among supervisors was 2.18%. Hazardous behavior characteristics of the former paid for blood supply, accounting for 53.4%. [Conclusion] The average HIV infection rate of supervised persons in Henan Province is relatively low, but the rate of infection in some cities is relatively high. Monitoring, publicity, education and management of such people should be strengthened.
