本文的中心论题是运用比较利益原理考察我国产业结构调整及对外贸易发展战略问题.为此,我们首先有必要回答“比较利益原理是否适用于后进国家的经济发展战略”这个一般性问题;其次,我们特别需要指出人口一资源比率较高的后进国家在现代国际分工格局中拥有什么样的比较优势;最后我们将具体地联系到我国现阶段经济结构的特点,说明我国产业结构调整及实施对外贸易发展战略的原则和方法.本文的三部分即分别围绕着这三个议题.
The central topic of this paper is to use the principle of comparative advantage to examine China’s strategic adjustment of industrial structure and the strategy of foreign trade development.Therefore, it is necessary for us to answer the general question of whether the principle of comparative benefits is applicable to the economic development strategy of backward countries. Secondly, In particular, we need to point out what kind of comparative advantage the backward countries with a high population-to-resource ratio have in the modern pattern of international division of labor. Finally, we will specifically link up with the characteristics of the current economic structure in our country and illustrate the adjustment of China’s industrial structure and the implementation of foreign trade The principles and methods of development strategy.The three parts of this article are respectively around these three topics.
