“精益求精,精品炼厂”。这是中国石油集团公司总经理蒋洁敏在长庆石化公司2008年度工作汇报摘要上做出的精辟批示。今年4月下旬,在西安召开的中国石油炼化企业竞争力分析研讨会,又再次推介了长庆石化公司的先进经验,与会代表参观长庆石化后对其管理工作给予普遍好评。随后,中国石油炼油与化工分公司副总经理周世民在长庆石化公司参观调研后,感慨颇深地评价说,长庆石化的管理模式,与加拿大、日本和美国炼厂的管理很相近,应该属于世界同行业的先进水平。

Subsequently, Zhou Peimin, deputy general manager of China National Petroleum Refining and Chemical Company, visited and investigated Changqing Petrochemical Company. He deeply commented that the management mode of Changqing Petrochemical is very similar to the management of refineries in Canada, Japan and the United States. It should be Belongs to the world’s advanced level with the industry.
