在普通卧式铣床上加工外径大于300毫米、或模数大于10的直齿锥齿轮时,由于135型或160型分度头刚性不够,工件易发生抖动,不但影响工作效率及齿廓表面光洁度,而且易使分度头受损。针对这个问题,我们采用φ350毫米或φ500毫米回转工作台加工,取得了较好效果。如图所示,工件装夹在回转工作台上,回转工作台用角度垫铁垫起。角度垫铁用80×80方钢制成,垫铁上有二凹榴(具体尺寸可自行选定),以便放置压板,将垫铁固定在铣床工作台
