在本文中,首先对“G3”鋼在不同热处理条件下的组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明:在910℃±10℃淬火,“G3”鋼得到低碳马氏体后,可使强度极限提高到140Kg/mm~2;硬度达Rc40;延伸率为6~7%;冲击韧性值达5Kg—m/cm~2;脆性将化温度为-60℃。随后进行了产品生产试验,发现成品锨经900~920℃水淬后,硬度在Rc38~40范围内,锨身的弹性弯曲度达35℃,且松压变形极微,耐磨性可提高二倍。
In this paper, we first studied the microstructure and properties of “G3” steel under different heat treatment conditions.
